I want everyone to find that inner peace that lies inside them. My mission is to share the knowledge and experience that I have gained in the past 25 years to positively impact individuals to find calmness, clarity and joy in their everyday life. I promise you it is within.

MY STORY
 

I am one of the leading Vedic meditation teachers in Australia and also a mother, daughter, sister, friend and sharer of knowledge. I love to connect people, to help you be the best version of yourself and build your mental wellness and ability to cope with this ever changing dynamic world.

I haven't always been so calm. As a child I was diagnosed with ADHD as teenager I had concentration issue and anxiety. In my early 20's I worked and partied and had no off button. In my late 20's I realised I need help and so my journey began. Over the years I have had months on end of sleepless nights, my anxiety has flared up to debilitating levels, I have made poor choices, been unhappy, not present with my children and just getting by, not really enjoying life. For the past 25 years I have been studying and practising different forms of meditation and stress release and It would be true to say that not all meditations are created equal. There are many different types and all have benefits but not all get the same results.

Having worked in the corporate world for 15 years I know first hand how invaluable your own well being is. Unfortunately this is often over looked as we get caught up in day to day life. Meditation is a must needed tool for modern daily life, for you, your happiness, well being and your relationships.

 

I work to transform individuals through meditation and mindfulness techniques.

I have road tested what works and what doesn’t and see it as my social responsibility to share what I know. Calmness and clarity are achievable in our lives, we should all have access to it.

 

Tiffany not only teaches meditation she is a trained yin yoga teacher and student of NLP.

 

I love it. It makes me calmer, more present, less distracted. Happier and healthier. I live a full and dynamic life and with the help of meditation I have eased my over active mind.

I teach people from ages 8 - 78. Professionals, authors, business owners, mums juggling everything, personalities, artists basically anyone that wants a higher grade of living and to deal with the chaotic world of life but in a calm and efficient way.  

No one cares if you are a great meditator but everyone cares if you are good at life. Let me help you achieve that.
