MY STORY

​

I am one of Australia’s leading Vedic meditation teachers, as well as a mother, daughter, sister, friend, and passionate sharer of knowledge. I love connecting people and helping you become the best version of yourself while building mental wellness to cope with our ever-changing world.

I haven't always been this calm. Diagnosed with ADHD as a child, I faced concentration issues and anxiety as a teenager. In my early 20s, I worked hard and partied harder, lacking an off switch. It wasn’t until my late 20s that I realized I needed help, and that’s when my journey began. Over the years, I experienced countless sleepless nights, debilitating anxiety, poor choices, and a sense of unhappiness. I often found myself just getting by, not fully present with my children or enjoying life.

I am now a dedicated advocate for mental, physical, and emotional well-being, serving as a functional women's health and wellness coach. With over 25 years of experience in stress relief and women’s health, she specialises in helping individuals harness the power of stress management to achieve hormonal balance through integrative daily practices.

Recognising that not all stress-reduction techniques are created equal, I emphasises the importance of finding the right tools for each person’s unique needs. I am passionate about personal well-being, guiding clients toward optimal mental, emotional, and physical health. Integrating meditation into daily routines, helping individuals cultivate lasting habits that enhance their overall quality of life. As she puts it, “We need to get the inside right so the outside functions properly.”

With 15 years of experience in the corporate world, I understand how invaluable well-being is, yet it’s often overlooked in our busy lives. 

​

I work to transform individuals through empowering women through every stage of life. Integrating meditation and mindfulness techniques into your everyday life helping individuals cultivate lasting habits that enhance their overall quality of life.  “We need to get the inside right so the outside functions properly.”. Having tested what works and what doesn’t, I see it as my social responsibility to share this knowledge. Calmness and clarity are achievable for everyone, and we should all have access to them.

In addition to teaching meditation, being a trained mental health practitioner, a natural women's hormone health practitioner, I am a trained yin yoga teacher and a student of NLP. Meditation has made me calmer, more present, and less distracted—happier and healthier. With its help, I’ve managed to ease my overactive mind and live a full, dynamic life.

I work with people aged 8 to 78—professionals, authors, business owners, busy parents, artists—essentially anyone seeking a higher quality of life while navigating the chaos of modern living with calm and efficiency.
