I have been delving into and trying various styles of meditation for 20 years.
I love it. It makes me calmer more present and engaged, less distracted. I live a full and dynamic life with my husband three active children and a crazy little dog. I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, confidant, seeker and lover of many things.
Having worked in the corporate world for 15 years I know first hand how invaluable your own well being is. Unfortunately this is over looked as we get caught up in day to day life. Meditation is a must needed tool for daily life, for you, your happiness, well being and your relationships.
I teach a transcending style of meditation. Derived from the Vedic lineage. I have been taught how to pass on this beautiful practice, through extensive training from Tim Brown the foremost Vedic Meditation teacher in Australia.
Of all the styles and different modalities I have practiced (and there is a lot), Vedic Meditation is the most effortless, effective and practical style of meditation and form of self help I have come across. So much so I now devote my life to sharing this with as many people as are interested.
